Scott Rodgers is Senior Lecturer in Media Theory at Birkbeck, University of London. With Tim Markham, he is co-editor of Conditions of Mediation: Phenomenological Perspectives on Media (Peter Lang, forthcoming). He is also on the Editorial Board of Mediapolis: A Journal of Cities and Culture, an experiment in 'small-gauge' online scholaship.Clive Barnett is Professor of Geography and Social Theory at the University of Exeter. He is the author of Culture and Democracy: Media, Space, and Representation (Edinburgh University Press, 2003) and the editor for the Routledge series, Research in Place, Space, and Politics.Allan Cochrane is Emeritus Professor in the Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences at The Open University.Tim Markham is Reader in Journalism and Media at Birkbeck, University of London. He is the author of The Politics of War Reporting: Authority, Authenticity, and Morality (Manchester University Press 2012).
